Zebider is Director of the Strategy department at EthSwitch. She earned her first degree in Economics from Gondar University and an MBA in General Management from St. Mary’s University. Zebider has over 14 years of experience in different private and public institutions. Her major areas of expertise are Strategy development, Planning, monitoring, and evaluation. Before she joined EthSwitch, she was a Director of the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Institutional Development department at Abbahawa Trading PLC. Her extensive work experience was at EthioPost in the position of Chief Planning and Reform Officer and played a major role in formulating the company’s strategy, determining the key performance indicators for corporate goals monitoring and evaluating the company’s activities in a timely manner, the required quality; evaluating the business patterns that might affect the strategic planning and propose solutions for those that critically affect the organization.
