He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Addis Ababa University. Additionally, he is a Certified Manager (CM) from the Institute of Certified Professional Managers at the College of Business, James Madison University. Furthermore, he has completed a certification program in International Securities & Investment offered by the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
With over 16 years of experience in the Ethiopian financial sector, specifically in banking, he has held various managerial positions, leading internal audit activities at reputable institutions such as Dashen Bank, Hibret Bank, and Zemen Bank.
He possesses multiple certificates in Leadership, Internal Auditing, Performance Auditing, IT Auditing, and Risk Management. Currently, he is leading the internal audit function at EthSwitch S.C.
